Janice Baker
Janice began working with Hope in November of 2015. She started out as a line therapist, then moved into a senior therapist position before becoming an RBT in HAJ. After being in HAJ for 1.5 years she became the classroom RBT and then finally moved into the Apprentice Teacher position in March of 2021.
Janice has worked with Special Needs individuals at Laurens County Disability since she was 18 and started working as a Lead direct support staff. As a lead direct support staff she worked with adults with multiple disabilities as well as stepping into the role of an ABA therapist. It was at that time that she fell in love with those that have Autism and found her true passion.
Janice is currently finishing her last classes for her BS in Special Education and she can’t wait to continue to help her current and future HAJ students grow.
