The 2011 HOPE Relay would like to thank K180 and Rosenfeld Einstein for offering a special "Jump Start Hope" training package to help all participants make the most out of the HOPE Relay. Hope that all of our participants will take advantage of this offer to get ready for the big day.

Jump Start Hope includes:

• 10 week program
• Meet 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Saturdays)
• Unlimited gym access to K180 Executive Fitness (group fitness and childcare included)
• Structured and comprehensive fitness program designed for the Relay including stretching, flexibility and resistance training.
• Monitored group runs/walks by certified wellness coaches
• Shopping trip to grocery store to show how to eat healthy for the Relay

Kickoff Meetings are schedule for September 15th at 6:00 p.m. and September 17th at 12:00 p.m. Location is 110 South Pleasantburg Drive, Greenville 29607 (across from the Fresh Market).
