Dear Hope Families,

Thanks to Andy Sevic, Project HOPE Board member and author, who visited with each of our classes today to share his book, Gem the Caterpillar. If you would like an autographed copy of this book, please contact Elaine Van Hook at 676-0028. Each book is $11. All proceeds of sales going through our office will benefit Hope Academy.

While you are thinking about purchases, we also have new “Hope” magnets, “Hope” label coffee, and Michael Sachs’ note cards (8 per pack/4 original designs) for sale through the school office. The cost of each is $10. To purchase, please contact Elaine Van Hook.

If your child is receiving weekly lessons from Mr. Johnny, please encourage regular practice. If your child is unable or unwilling to practice, we need to make his or her slot available to someone else.

Our students and staff will be enjoying a Thanksgiving “feast” on Tuesday, November 23. We are serving ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls, and cookies. Ms. Teresa’s class is invited to join us. Meet her in the classroom at 10:00.

School will then be closed on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for Thanksgiving.

Remember that our Holiday Program will be on Thursday, December 16, at 7:00 p.m.
