Facilitator, Megan Gilden
Megan Gilden is an Ohio native. Megan attended high school in her hometown of Delphos, Ohio at Delphos Jefferson Senior High. She then attended the University of Cincinnati where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Business Administration.
Upon graduation, Megan knew that she wanted to immediately begin a career in disability services as inspired by her older brother Erik. The week following graduation, she had the opportunity to work at a disability services agency in Cincinnati called Stepping Stones. During her time at Stepping Stones, Megan worked as a Direct Care Professional with both small and large groups of adults with various disabilities to achieve their individual goals towards independence.
In her spare time, Megan enjoys succulent gardening, trying new recipes, and spending time outdoors with her dogs, Griffin and Hank.
