Lead Therapist Training

To apply to be a lead therapist, the candidate must have a bachelor’s degree, have completed the line therapist’s training, and have delivered 500+ hours of line therapy. Candidates are interviewed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts to determine eligibility to be invited to receive lead therapist training.

Lead therapist candidates receive 40 hours of advanced training in topics including: core principles of ABA, behavior reduction, program progression, feedback to staff, communication systems, documentation, and team meetings.
